S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and after relevant notification pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005, that Mr. Aristidis Papadopoulos, Executive Director region U.S.A., sold on 2nd July 2010, 54 common shares and on 5th July 2010, 5,925 common shares of the Company of a total value of € 850.50 and 92,764.25 respectively.
