Distributions to shareholders

The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, held on May 9th, 2024, approved a gross dividend distribution of €0.85 per share to all the Shareholders of the Company. All shareholders who are recorded as shareholders on Wednesday, 26 June 2024, at 12.00 midnight (CEST) (record date) will be entitled to receive the dividend. Shareholders will receive the payment of the dividend on Wednesday, 3 July 2024, through their custodians, banks, and securities brokers.
