As of 9.5.2022, the share capital of Titan Cement International (“TCI”) has been decreased by an amount of EUR 200,000,000 from €1,159,347,807.86 to €959,347,807.86 without cancellation of shares and by way of reimbursement in cash to the shareholders in accordance with the relevant decision of the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting. As of the same above date, the share capital of TCI amounts to €959,347,807.86, divided into 78,325,475 shares.
