S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and after relevant notification pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005, that Communication Factory S.A. a legal entity closely associated with the spouse of Mrs. Alexandra Papalexopoulou-Benopoulou, executive member of the Company’s Board of Directors, sold on 26 May 2010, 10,000 common shares of the Company of a total value of € 145,036.64.
