S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission  and after relevant notification pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005, that  Mr. Andreas L. Canellopoulos, Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors, purchased on 25th  May 2010, 6,036 common shares and on 26th May 2010, 10,164 common shares of the Company of a total value of  € 86,937.51 and € 144,288.65 respectively.
