S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and after relevant notification pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005, that Mrs Amalia Lazaridou, wife of Mr. Nellos Canellopoulos, executive member of the Company’s Board of Directors, purchased on 20 October 2009, 1,000 common shares of our Company of a total value of € 26,000.00.
