S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and after relevant notification pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005, that Mr. Takis-Panagiotis Canellopoulos, Executive Member of the Board of Directors of the Company purchase, on February 27th, 2009, 300 common shares of our company of a total value of Euro 4,248.00 for and on behalf of his underage daughter.
