S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and after relevant notification pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005, that Mrs Katina David, wife of Mr. George David, non executive member of the Company’s Board of Directors, purchased on 10th December 2008, 20,868 common shares of our Company of a total value of € 272,953.44.
