Titan Cement Co. S.A. (the Company) announces pursuant to articles 3 and 21 of Law 3556/2007 in conjunction with article 11 of Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission that PIRAEUS BANK (the Bank) closed its position on 5/12//2008 created through a repurchase agreement, for 174 derivative contracts of common shares of the Company for a total value of € 204,276.00.
This transaction has been duly notified to the Company pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005 by Mr. Eftihios Vasilakis, under his capacity as non-executive member of the Board of Directors of the Company and non-executive member of the Board of the Bank.
