S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and after relevant notification pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005, that Mr. Andreas L. Canellopoulos, Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors, purchased on 2nd December 2008, 2.000 common shares and on 3rd December 2008, 2,000 common shares of the Company of a total value of € 24,700.00 and € 24,660.00 respectively.
