S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and after relevant notification pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005, that Mr. Andreas L. Canellopoulos, Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors, purchased on 13th and 17th November 2008 , 3,000 and 1,014 common shares of the Company of a total value of € 35,435.20 and € 12,166,60 respectively.
