S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and after relevant notification pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005, that Mr. Andreas L. Canellopoulos, Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors, purchased on 17 and 18 March 2008, 2,000 and 1,000 common shares of our Company of a total value of € 50,980.00 and € 25,500.00 respectively.
