S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and after relevant notification pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005, that Mr. Andreas L. Canellopoulos, Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors, purchased on 12, 13 and 14 March 2008, 1,000, 3,000 and 3,000 common shares of our Company of a total value of € 26,600.00, € 79,560.00 and € 79,500.00 respectively.
