S.A. announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and Decision 1/434/03.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and after relevant notification pursuant to article 13 of Law 3340/2005, that Mr. Andreas L. Canellopoulos, Chairman of the Company’s Board of Directors, purchased on 7.3.2008 and 11.3.2008, 26,000 and 115 common shares of our Company of a total value of € 692,305.30 and € 2,994.60 respectively.
