(the Company) announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and article 19 of the Regulation 596/2014/EU, that the PAUL AND ALEXANDRA CANELLOPOULOS FOUNDATION, a legal entity closely associated with Mr. Nellos Canellopoulos, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company, bought on May 24, 2018 1,803 preference shares of the Company of a total value of €31,522.20 and on May 25, 2018 2,000 preference shares of the Company of a total value of € 35,075.00.
