(the Company) announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and article 19 of the Regulation 596/2014/EU, that the PAUL AND ALEXANDRA CANELLOPOULOS FOUNDATION, a legal entity closely associated with Mr. Nellos Canellopoulos, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company, bought on June 7, 2018 600 preference shares of the Company of a total value of €10,500.00 and on June 8, 2018 1,000 preference shares of the Company of a total value of € 17,590.00.
