Titan Cement Company S.A. (the Company) announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and the article 19 of the Regulation 596/2014/EU, that Mr. Takis-Panagiotis Canellopoulos, executive member of the Board of Directors of the Company, sold on June 11, 2018 8,500 common shares of the Company of a total value of €192,264.60 and on June 12, 2018 16,500 common shares of the Company of a total value of €372,075.00.
