(the Company) announces, pursuant to Law 3556/2007 and article 19 of the Regulation 596/2014/EU, that the PAUL AND ALEXANDRA CANELLOPOULOS FOUNDATION, a legal entity closely associated with Mr. Nellos Canellopoulos, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company, bought on June 11, 2018 5 preference shares of the Company of a total value of €87.50 and on June 12, 2018 500 preference shares of the Company of a total value of € 8,750.00.
