Following the relevant announcement of yesterday, it is clarified that after the closing of the transaction, Titan Group will hold 75% of ADOCIM which will own the integrated cement plant with a production capacity of 1.5 million tons of cement and will have no participation in the grinding unit which will be wholly owned by the Cem Sak Group. The transaction price that will be paid by Titan will not have a material effect on the Group’s financials.
