(the Company) announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007, following relevant notification made by FMR LLC that, on September 17, 2018 the voting rights in the Company held indirectly by FMR LLC through FIAM Holdings LLC, FIAM LLC, Fidelity Institutional Asset Management Trust Company, Fidelity Management & Research Company και FMR Co., Inc exceeded the threshold of 5% and reached 5.01% of the total voting rights of the Company.
