ΤΙΤΑN CEMENT COMPANY S.A. (the Company) announces that, in implementation of a stock option plan which was established by virtue of resolution dated 20.6.2014 of the General Meeting of Shareholders and pursuant to resolutions of the Board of Directors dated 20.6.2014, 19.6.2015, 22.3.2017, 23.5.2018 and 20.3.2019, the Company sold on 17.5.2019 to 14 beneficiaries 12,186  common treasury shares, representing  0.014% of the paid up share capital of the Company, at a sale price of euro 10 per share (total sale price euro 121,860).
Following the above transaction, the Company owns 4.599.996 common shares, representing 5.97% of the voting rights of the Company.
