TITAN CEMENT COMPANY S.A. (the “Issuer”), announces that the Listings and Market Operation Committee of ATHEX, by virtue of its decisions dated March 8th, 2019 and March 13th 2019 approved the appointment of “Eurobank Equities Investment Firm S.A.” and “Pantelakis Securities S.A.” respectively as  Market Makers of the Issuer's shares for the purpose of improving their liquidity and set Tuesday, March 12th, 2019 and Thursday March 14th, 2019 as the respective starting dates. 

The Issuer, based on articles 1.3 and 2.4 of the Athens Exchange Regulation, has signed market making agreements with the above companies.
