Titan Cement Co. S.A. announces pursuant to article 19 of Regulation 596/2014/EU, that Mr. Dimitrios Papalexopoulos, CEO, on 22/1/2019 acquired 1,986,676 voting rights of ΤΙΤΑΝ CEMENT COMPANY S.A. (“TITAN”) representing approximately 2.58% of the total voting rights of TITAN, due to the lifting of the usufruct to which they were subject by the usufructuaries thereof, Mr. Theodoros Papalexopoulos (700.265 voting rights) and Mrs Maria Eleni Olga Papalexopoulou (1.286.411 voting rights). On 22/1/2019 Mr. Theodoros Papalexopoulos and Mrs Maria Eleni Olga Papalexopoulou, who are the unfructuaries of 77.807 and 142.935 ordinary shares of TITAN respectively, also acquired from Mr. Dimitrios Papalexopoulos the bare ownership of such shares. As a result of the above transactions the consideration has been set off and therefore no payments have been made.
