TITAN CEMENT COMPANY S.A. (the Company) announces pursuant to Law 3556/2007, that  following relevant notification made on March 15, 2019 by FMR LLC, the voting rights held by FMR Co. Inc which is controlled by FMR LLC,  exceeded the threshold of 5% and reached 5.02%  of the voting rights of the Company. According to the same above notification, the total voting rights held indirectly by FMR LLC through FIAM Holdings LLC, FIAM LLC, Fidelity Institutional Asset Management Trust Company, Fidelity Management & Research Company και FMR Co., Inc have increased from 5.61% to 5.41% of the voting rights of the Company.
