Titan Cement Co. S.A. (the Company) announces, pursuant to the article 19 of the Regulation 596/2014/EU,  that on April 9th,  2019, E.D.Y.V.E.M. LTD (Hellenic Construction Materials, Industrial, Commercial Transportation Public Company LTD), a public company established and operating under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and  closely associated with Mr. Andreas Canellopoulos, sold through private placement 350,000 common shares of the Company at a total price of € 6,475,000.
