(the Company) announces, pursuant to article 19 of the Regulation 596/2014/EU, that the PAUL AND ALEXANDRA CANELLOPOULOS FOUNDATION, a legal entity closely associated with Mr. Nellos Canellopoulos, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company, bought on January 18, 2019 4,000 common shares of the Company of a total value of €81,196.90, on January 21, 2019 6,000 common shares of the Company of a total value of €122,025.60 and on January 22, 2019 2,000 common shares of the Company of a total value of €40,800.00.
