(the Company) announces, pursuant to article 19 of the Regulation 596/2014/EU, that the PAUL AND ALEXANDRA CANELLOPOULOS FOUNDATION, a legal entity closely associated with Mr. Nellos Canellopoulos, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company, bought on January 23, 2019 8,000 common shares of the Company of a total value of €162,392.20 and on January 24, 2019 10,000 common shares of the Company of a total value of €205,000.00.
