(the Company) announces pursuant to article 19 of Regulation 596/2014/EU, that CHRYSSAFIDIS S.A., a legal entity closely associated with Mr. Alexander Macridis, non-executive member of the Company’s Board of Directors, purchased on 29th January 2019, 800 common shares of the Company of a total value of €15,712.00.
