TITAN CEMENT COMPANY S.A. announces that on the 5th December 2018, the Company purchased, through Alpha Finance 3,444 common own shares against an average purchase price per share of euro 19.75 and 1,000 preference own shares, against an average purchase price per share of euro 18.77, at a total purchase price of Euro 68,010.36 and Euro 18,775.00 respectively, in implementation of the decision dated 1st June 2018 of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and the resolution dated 1st June 2018 of the Board of Directors, pursuant to article 16 of Law 2190/1920. 

Following the above transaction, the Company owns 4,282,513 common shares, representing 5.55% of the voting rights of the Company and 191,868 preference shares.
