TITAN CEMENT COMPANY S.A. announces that on the 19th November 2018, the Company purchased, through Alpha Finance 2,000 common own shares against an average purchase price per share of euro 19.54 and 2,720 preference own shares, against an average purchase price per share of euro 19.00, at a total purchase price of Euro 39,075.92 and Euro 51,669.00 respectively, in implementation of the decision dated 1st June 2018 of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and the resolution dated 1st June 2018 of the Board of Directors, pursuant to article 16 of Law 2190/1920. 
Following the above transaction, the Company owns 4.248.017 common shares, representing 5.51% of the voting rights of the Company and 186.053 preference shares.
