TITAN CEMENT COMPANY S.A. announces that on the 19th September 2016 the Company purchased, through Alpha Finance, 6,085 common  and 1,995 preference own shares, against an average purchase price per share of  euro 20.56 for the common and euro 11.65 for preference share  and a total purchase price of Euro 125,082.05 and Euro 23,246.75 respectively, in implementation of  the decision  dated 17th June 2016 of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and the resolution dated 17th June 2016 of the Board of Directors, pursuant to article 16 para. 1 of Law 2190/1920.
