TITAN CEMENT COMPANY S.A. announces that on the 7th September, the Company purchased, through Pantelakis Securities S.A. 5,100 common  and 1,500 preference own shares, against an average purchase price per share of  euro 20.38 for the common and euro 11.97 for preference share  and a total purchase price of Euro 103.937,61 and Euro 17,955.00 respectively, in implementation of  the decision  dated 17th June 2016 of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and the resolution dated 17th June 2016 of the Board of Directors, pursuant to article 16 para. 1 of Law 2190/1920.
