TITAN CEMENT COMPANY S.A. announces that on the 18th August 2016 the Company purchased, through Alpha Finance, 1,060 common  and 196 preference own shares, against an average purchase price per share of  euro 21.19 for the common and euro 12.80 for preference share  and a total purchase price of Euro 22,458.92 and Euro 2.508.80 respectively, in implementation of  the decision  dated 17th June 2016 of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and the resolution dated 17th June 2016 of the Board of Directors, pursuant to article 16 para. 1 of Law 2190/1920.
