TITAN CEMENT COMPANY S.A. announces that on  the 2nd August 2016, the Company purchased, through Alpha Finance, 18,400 common  and 300 preference own shares, against an average purchase price per share of  euro 20.22 for the common and euro 12.83 for preference share  and a total purchase price of Euro 372,094.78 and Euro 3.850.00 respectively, in implementation of  the decision  dated 17th June 2016 of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and the resolution dated 17th June 2016 of the Board of Directors, pursuant to article 16 para. 1 of Law 2190/1920.
