TITAN CEMENT COMPANY S.A. announces that on  the 15th June 2016, the Company purchased, through Alpha Finance, 19,000 common own shares, against an average purchase price per share of  euro 18.48  and a total purchase price of Euro 351,126.43, in implementation of  the decision  dated 17th June 2016 of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and the resolution dated 17th June 2016 of the Board of Directors, pursuant to article 16 para. 5 of Law 2190/1920.
