TITAN CEMENT COMPANY S.A. announces that on  the 14th  July 2016, the Company purchased, through Alpha Finance, 18,000 common  and 650 preference own shares, against an average purchase price per share of  euro 18.59 for the common and euro 13.00 for preference share  and a total purchase price of Euro 334,680.50 and Euro 8,449.00 respectively, in implementation of  the decision  dated 17th June 2016 of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and the resolution dated 17th June 2016 of the Board of Directors, pursuant to article 16 para. 5 of Law 2190/1920.
