Following relevant announcement dated 11.11.2011, ΤΙΤΑN CEMENT COMPANY S.A.(the “Company”) announces that the treasury stock sale period, which had been decided by the Board of Directors on 10.11.2011 expired on 14.5.2012. During such period between 14.11.2011 and 14.5.2012, the Company sold 20,000 treasury common shares representing 0.024% of the Company’s paid up Share Capital at an average sale price of € 12.37 per share.
