Following relevant announcement dated 26.4.2010, ΤΙΤΑN CEMENT COMPANY S.A. announces the completion, pursuant to Board of Directors resolution dated 26.4.2010, of the sale through the Athens Exchange of 22,000 treasury common shares, representing 0.026% of the Company’s paid up Share Capital, at an average sale price equal to 17.39 euros per share, within the three year statutory period commencing from the date they were acquired by the Company.
