TITAN CEMENT COMPANY S.A. announces the termination on 20/5/2009 of the interim period (26.5.2008 to 20.5.2009), which had been set by virtue of Board decision dated 20.5.2008 following relevant decision of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders dated 20/5/2008, for the buy back of Company shares representing up to 10% of the paid up Company share capital.
The total number of Company shares owned today by the Company amounts to 3,187,697 common shares and 5,919 preference shares, representing 3.78% of the Company share capital.
