TITAN CEMENT COMPANY S.A. announces that on  30.9.2008, the Company purchased 9,000 common and 500 preference own shares, against an average purchase price of  Euro 22.76 and Euro 17.28 per share and a total purchase price of Euro 204,880.72 and Euro 8,640.00 respectively, in implementation of  decision  dated 20th May 2008 of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and resolution dated 20^th May 2008 of the Board of Directors. The above 9,000 common and 500 preference own shares purchased  through  Alpha Finance.
