TITAN CEMENT COMPANY S.A. announces in accordance with article 4 par.4 of Commission Regulation no 2273/2003 of the European Communities, that the Company has proceeded to the purchase of own shares, pursuant to decision of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders dated 10th May 2007 and resolution of the Board of Directors dated 10th May 2007, as follows:

On 29.11.2007, the Company purchased 21,000 common shares, with an average purchase price euro 30.60 per share and a total purchase price euro 642,670.82

On 4.12.2007, the Company purchased 23,000 common shares, with an average purchase price euro 30.54 per share and a total purchase price euro 702,430.00

On 5.12.2007, the Company purchased 12,517 common shares, with an average purchase price euro 31.15 per share and a total purchase price euro 389,857.54
The above 56,517 common shares in total, were purchased through the Athens Exchange member Alpha Finance, with an average purchase price euro 30.70 per share.
