TITAN CEMENT COMPANY S.A. announces in accordance with article 4 par.4 of Commission Regulation no 2273/2003 of European Communities, that the Company has proceeded to the purchase of own shares, pursuant to article 16 par. 5 of Law 2190/20 , decision of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders dated 10th May 2007 and resolution of the Board of Directors dated 10th May 2007, as follows:

On 23/8/2007, the Company purchased 3,000 shares, with average purchase price euro 37.10 per share and total purchase price euro 111,300.00.

On 27/8/2007, the Company purchased 5,000 shares, with average purchase price euro 36.60 per share and total purchase price euro 183,000.

On 28/8/2007, the Company purchased 10,000 shares, with average purchase price euro 36.02 per share and total purchase price euro 360,200.

On 29/8/2007, the Company purchased 4.230 shares, with average purchase price euro 35.51 per share and total purchase price euro 150,229.50.

On 31/8/2007, the Company purchased 3,000 shares, with average purchase price euro 36.22 per share and total purchase price euro 108,660.
The above 25,230 shares in total, were purchased through the Athens Exchange member Alpha Finance, with average purchase price euro 36.20 per share.
