Sale of common treasury stock in the framework of Stock Option Plan
ΤΙΤΑN CEMENT COMPANY S.A. (the Company) announces that, in implementation of a stock option plan which was established by virtue of resolution dated 20.6.2014 of the General Meeting of Shareholders and pursuant to resolutions of the Board of Directors dated 20.6.2014 and 22.3.2017, the Company sold on 19.4.2017 to beneficiaries/ Titan Group executives 8,736 own common shares, representing approximately 0.01% of the paid up share capital of the Company, at a sale price of euro10 per share and at a total sale price of euro 87,360.
