Mr. Michael Sigalas, after having served for 17 years as an executive member in the Board of Directors of Titan Cement Company S.A., tendered his resignation to the Board of Directors due to retirement. During his tenure, he was instrumental in the transformation of Titan’s geographical footprint and the evolution of its operations.  By decision of the Board of Directors dated 12.01.2015, Mr. Michael Colakides, Titan Group C.F.O, was elected as executive member to replace the seat of Mr. Michael Sigalas to the Board of Directors.
