According to the article 2 par. 2e of the Capital Market Commission’s Decision 3/347/12.7.2005, the Company notifies that:
Mr. Elias Paniaras, on 29.6.2007, retired from the position of General Manager of the Greek Sector, but remains as a non-executive member of the Board of Directors.
The duties of General Manager of the Greek Sector, as from 2.7.2007, are assigned to Mr. Socratis Baltzis.
The above announcement was notified to the Athens Exchange, the HCMC and was also posted on the Athens Exchange website.
