According to article 2 par. 2e of the Capital Market Commission’s Decision 3/347/12.7.2005, the Company notifies that from February 15, 2006 the following changes are taking place in the Company’s Internal Audit Department.
The Department of Internal Audit -Greece and the Internal Audit Department - International Operations are merged into Group Internal Audit Department. Head of the Department is Mrs. Constantina Bourgiotou.
The Group Internal Audit Department has the following structure:
a) Konstantinos Yamalidis, Audit Supervisor Greece
b) Elias Koufos, Audit Supervisor S.E. Europe, Eastern Mediterranean and IT Audit.
c) Chris Chater, Audit Manager USA.
The Head of the merged Internal Audit Department - International Operations, Mr. George Moschopoulos, is taking up the duties of Finance Manager of S.E. Europe and Eastern Mediterranean Regions.
From the same date the duties of the Group Treasurer are assigned to Mr. Anggelos Skutaris.
