Purchase of own shares
TITAN CEMENT COMPANY S.A. announces that on the 23rd January 2018, the Company purchased, through Alpha Finance 1,500 preference own shares, against an average purchase price per share of euro 17.70 and a total purchase price of Euro 26,549.95, in implementation of the decision dated 17th June 2016 of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders and the resolution.
