Titan Cement S.A., in response to a relevant question posed by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission as regards the Group’s activities in Cyprus, would like to inform the investment community and general public that:
a. Titan Group does not have any bank accounts in “Bank of Cyprus” and “CPB” in Cyprus, neither does it hold any financial exposure to the aforementioned institutions in the form of equity, bonds or other financial instruments issued by the said banks.
b. In the course of fiscal year 2012, Titan Group did not generate any revenue in Cyprus, nor does it expect any effect on its turnover, net income and financial position as a result of the recent developments in Cyprus.

Based in Greece, the Group own cement plants in 9 countries and is organized in four geographic regions: Greece & Western Europe, the USA, Southeastern Europe and the Eastern Mediterranean. In 2012, the Group sold 16.1 m. tonnes of cement and cementitious materials, 3.4 m. m3 of ready mixed concrete, 10.9 m. tonnes of aggregates and various other building materials like concrete blocks, dry mortars etc.
