TITAN CEMENT COMPANY announces the amendment of its Financial Calendar for the year 2012 as regards the date of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, initially set for 31.5.2012, which coincides with the Annual General Meeting of SEV Hellenic Federation of Enterprises.
For this reason, the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of TITAN CEMENT COMPANY for the financial year 2011 will be held on 8th June 2012.
