According to the Regulation of the Athens Exchange (4.1.3.1 par. ib), TITAN CEMENT COMPANY SA announces the completion of the statutory tax audit for the fiscal years 2008 & 2009. The aggregate liability of the Company resulting from the tax audit, amounts to Euro 2,348,410, namely Euro 2,066,244 for tax and Euro 282,166 for surcharges. The Company has already provisioned in the corresponding years a total amount of Euro 2,000,000 and the difference of Euro 348,410 will impact the 1st half 2011 results.
